DEPUTATION OF PROTEST.

Harcourt, Colonial Secretary, Mr. T. Mackenzie, High Commissioner for New Zealand, .and Sir George Raid, High Commissioner for Australia, to discuss the question of taxing incomes earned abroad* which are not remitted to Britain.
