ST. JOHN AMBULANCE.
Tee Auckland Centre of tho St. John Ambulance Association is having a remarkably successful season. Dr. Jessie Scott has been giving tho first aid. lectures to about 80 womei,, and Dr. Tewsley to about 30 men at the ambulance station in Rutland Street. Dr. Roberton has been lecturing to 30 pupils at the Diocesan High School, and Dr. Coldicut to about 100 at the Girls' Grammar School. Dr. Lapraik is giving the lectures to women at Thames, Dr. Bruce at Onehunga, Dr. Gower at Hamilton, and Dr. Walls at Morrinsvillo. On Wednesday last Dr. Kenneth McKonzie gave the first lecture to women at Epsom, and on Tuesday next Dr. Cawkwell will commence the lectures to women at Mount Albert.
