QUESTION OF ACCOUNTS.
BOROUGH AND COUNTY. With reference to the announcement that Mr. F. V. Frazer, S,M., had been appointed commissioner to adjust .accounts between the Waitemata County Council and the Takapuna 8~..-'i,?h Council, the Finance and Legal C ii.'/ittee Reported at last night's .meeting of tho Takapuna Council that in consultation with the borough solicitor it had fully discussed the position with regard to this accounts, and, as a result, it made various recommendations as to the items to bo submitted to the commissioner for decision. The council adopted the committee's recommendations.
