London, June SO. The Leader of the Government in the House of Lords, Earl Crewe, informed the House to-day that the second reading of the Home Rule Bill would stand over till the amending Bill was read a second time.

Colonel Maurice Moore, inspecting the Nationalist Volunteers at Athenry, said that the immediate purpose of the movement was Homo Rule, but the spirit animating them was the spirit of Wolfe Tone, Robert Emmet, the Fenians, and the men of 184S and 1R67.
