London, June 2D. The New South Wales Minister far ?üblic Instruction, Mr. A. C. Carmichael, has arrived in London. He has been investigating the Conservatoria of Music, the art schools in Milan, Munich, Leipzig, Dresden, and Berlin, and also the markets and agricultural trade schools. Mr. Carmichacl has also inquired into Ihc cost of living and rates of wages.
