London, June 29. The case in which a music-hall actress, Miss Jane Wood, cued Eugene Sandow for damages for publishing her photograph as an advertisement concluded yesterday.

Addressing the jury, Mr. Justice Sutton said photographers liked to take the portraits of distinguished actresses, jockeys, singers, criminals, and, a long way after them, lawyers and 'judges.

The jury found in favour of Sandow, declaring there had been no libel. •
