I The rebels arc preparing to at- j tack Presija, a post of strategic im-! portance in connection with the ad-' vanco on Shiek. Colonol Phillipp (a British officer) has interviewed the insurgent chiefs. The latter reiterated that Prince William must abdicate, and that they were willing to negotiate on secondary points. They do not 1 intend to attack Durazzo, owing -to' the presence of foreigners, but are' determined not to abandon their; arms. The insurgents' insistence on a! Mahommedan sovereign is regarded; as blocking the wry to peace. !
