VILLA'S PLANS CHANGE.

Mexico City, June 29. The Federal troops have evacuated Aquas Calientes. '
According to reports the evacuation and the lack of ammunition have altered General Villa's plans, and his troops have returned to Torrcon.
The split between Generals Carranza and Villa has not helped matters.
