TURKEY AND GREECE;
AMICABLE ARRANGEMENT,
EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS,
By Telojraph—Press Association— (Received Juno 28, 5.5 p.m) London, June 27. The Greek Premier, M. Venizelos, arid the Turkish Minister for the Interior, Talaat Bey, have reached a working arrangement and averted a conflict, according to a report from the Smyrna correspondent of the Daily Telegraph.
Greece has accepted Turkey's pro< posed interchange of prisoner?,.
In the meantime it is announced that owing to the increase in the Greek fleet and the proximity of thu naval manoeuvres, seven classes of naval reservists will bo called to the colours.
