i London, Juno 26. A congress of the International Federation of Postal, Telegraph, and Telephone workers, with delegates representing 160,000 employees in Britain and Europe, has passed a resolution supporting a proposal for Esperanto as a universal language. It unanimously condemned piece-work.
The British delegates reported that telegraphist's cramp was increasing at an alarming rate in Britain.
