PROPOSED BRANCH LINE.

The Kaipara Chamber of Commerce has appointed a committee to prepare data in connection with a branch railway lino to connect DargavilJe with the proposed Kirikopuni station on the North Auckland Main Trunk route, Tho proposed branch would be 10 miles in length and would pass across tho Awakino, Tangowahine, and Otiria Valleys, tapping valuable pastoral territory.
