INQUIRY AS TO PRODUCTB.
[BY TBLEORAni.--OWN CORRESPONDENT,] Wiiangarei, Thursday. A quaintly-worded communication has beon received by tho Whangarei Chamber of Commerce from a Japanese firm inquiring as to the products of North Auckland, and asking if thoy include trocus shells and sandal and ebony woods. The letter added that good trade prospects were available.
It was decided to reply enumerating tho various products of North Auckland, and also to forward copies of the booklet Issued in connection with the North Auckland court at the Auckland Exhibition.
