STATE AND THE RAILWAYS.
CONGRESS AT SWANSEA. By Telosraph-Press Association-Copyright. ' London, Juno 17. The railway congress at _ Swansea to-day, in affirming the principle of the nationalisation of the railways, added that no State ownership would be acceptable unless the railwaymen were guaranteed full political and social rights and participation in increased benefits.
