SHEARERS IN CONFERENCE.

A deputation was appointed at tho shearers' conference to-day, to wait upon the Minister for Labour and place before him matters in regard to the accommodation question, and also, to suggest amendments to tho Arbitration Act, by which tho registration of Dominion unions would bo permitted. The question of daggy sheep was discussed, smd it was unanimously resolved i that 'members should : be notified that dagging was .• .shearing, and that where employers neglected to dag sheep, shearers should refuse to do this , class of work. '..'
