TREATMENT OF SMALLPOX.

Berlin, May 18. Two doctors named Spohr and Bacheur, noted anti-vaccination-ists, have been heavily fined for carelessness ■in treating smallpox. Dr. Spohr, who is very ill, is believed to have infected others with the disease.
