DOMINION AWARD PROPOSED.

[BY telegraph.—press association.] Wellington, Tuesday. •";' The dispute between the Bricklayers' Union and the Wellington' Building Contractors' Association came before the Conciliation Council to ; day, Mr. P. Hally (commissioner) presiding.'
