INTERNATIONAL CONFLICTS.
MEDIATION BY WOMEN.

Rome, May 13. The International Council of Women has passed a resolution in favour of endeavouring to persuade the various Governments to adopt the principle of women's mediation in international conflicts.
The council favoured women's suffrage and urged tho necessity for vigilance in connection with the employment of women by employment agencies.
