In an interview to-day at Bridgetown (Barbadoes), Ex-President Roosevelt said he could not- say whether he would again be a candidate for the Presidency, but if so, it must be on the progressive platform, which' the Republicans must accept. ' Replying to Sir Clements Markham relative to the new river in Brazil, he said the existing maps were entirely wrong, and the mountains thereon were totally imaginary. .
