Several cases involving, breaches of various awards were'brought before Mr. C. C. Kettle. S.M., at the Magistrate's Court

yesterday.

The inspector of awards proceeded against Ambury's, Ltd., and W. Woods, A. E. Willis, and A. Drew, milkmen, for break-, ing the clause of the award governing their business that ■ provides that • milk shall not be delivered before 4 a.m. :■':"••.'■
