UNDER LEAGUE RULES. SUNNYSIDE CLUB. The following officers were elected at the first annual meeting of the Sunnyside Football Club last week:—President, Mr. W. J. Napier; vice-presidents, Messrs'. W. P. Hayward, Adam Nixon, A. Lloyd, J. L. Benwell, Dr. Atkinson, .W. J. Jaggs, H. Gilfillan, — Meikle, J. E. Harty, J. Bray. H. Bramley, A. Goldwater, and Jno. Puller: hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. W. Shaughnessy: club captain, Mr. W. Parker; committee, Messrs E. Parker, A. Lloyd, E. Rogers, R. Jaggs, E. Spraggon. S. Wynyard, C. Sinton, B. Rutledge, A. Martin; hon. auditor, Mr. W. Knox; delegates to the league,' Mr. W. Shaughnessy (sitting delegate), Messrs. E 'Rogers and G. Lepine (monthly delegates). Mr. R. Jaggs proposed, and Mr. Shaugnessy seconded, and it was carried unanimously B,mid applause, " That this meeting of the S inhyaide Club endorse their previous resolution expressing entire confidence in the executive of the old league, and that the club will support that body in the future."
THE ASSOCIATION GAME.
BROTHERHOOD CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Brotherhood Club was held last week, v. hen the following officers were alerted for the season—President, Mr. J. Kirk; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. Wiseman, A. Myers, A. Bs.nkart, F. D. Banks. J. R. Turnbull, Hon. Geo. Fowlds, G. Hemmings; secretary, Mr. E. J. Hutson; treasurer, Mr. R. Fogan. A Management Committee of 12 was set up, and Selection Committee of three for each team. It was decided, to engage the Newton football shed for training purposes every Wednesday night, and Mr. J. Orrock was appointed to look after the players in .he training-shed. The club will be strengthened- by the inclusion of Messrs. J. Orrock, W. Wallwork, and F. Oldnall.
CARLTON CLUB. The annual meeting of the Carlton Association Football Club was held on Friday evening. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follow;}: President, Mr. S. Newcomb, vice-presidents. Judge Button, Messrs. W. Wiseman, N. Newcomb J. B. Gilmore: secretary and treasurer, L' 0. Bennett; Selection Committee, captain vice-captain, and secretary; ' delegates to A.F.A., M. Gilmore, B. Dow. There is every prospect of the club having a very satisfactory season.
