[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. It is understood that litigation is pending between the Public Service Association (incorporated) and the Public Service Com-
missioners to test, in the Supreme Court, the validity or otherwise of the Commissioners' action in withholding from the service certain rights which the association claims are conferred upon the service by statute.
