Corporation Notices. pITY OF AUCKLAND.; "THE LOCAL BODIES' LOANS ACT, ' 1913." PROPOSED LOAN OF £13,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE ERECTION OP MUNICIPAL STABLES AND DEPOT IN PATTERSON STREET, IN THE CITY OF AUCKLAND. The Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland hereby give notice, in pursuance of Section 9 of the abovementioned Act: — 1. That the purpose for which the said Loan is required is the Erection of a Municipal Depot, including Workshops, Offices, Stores, Sheds, House for Stable Foreman and Stables in the City ol Auckland. 2. That the Auckland City Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenues of the City, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding £13.000. 3. That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be the revenues of tho City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues. 4. That the Auckland City Council proposes to make such Loan repayable in 21 years, and proposes to make provision for the payment of a Sinking Fund of £i per centum per annum 5. That the Auckland City Council proposes to pay out of such Loan such costs, charges and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such Loan, but not the interest or sinking fund thereon for the first year. GILLIESS PROPERTY AS A PUBLIC PARK. The Mayor. Councillors, and Citizens of the City of 'Auckland hereby give notice, in pursuance of Section 9 of the abovementioned Act: — 1 That the purpose for which the proposed Loan is required is the acquisition and improvement of the late Mrs. Gillics's Property, being subdivisions A, B, and C of Lot 6, and portions of Lots 1 and 4, Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland, containing 9j acres, more or less, as a Public Park. 2. That the Auckland City Council, being , unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenues of the City, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding £15,000. 3. That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues. 4. That the Auckland City Council proposes to make such Loan repayable in 21 years, and proposes to make provision for the payment of a Sinking Fund of £J per centum per annum. 5. The Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland hereby give notice, in pursuance of Section 9 of the abovementioned Act: — 1. That the purpose for which the Loan is required is the execution of Drainage Works in the City of Auckland, including, particularly, the following: (a) The connection of existing sewers in the City of Auckland to the main and branch sewers of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board. lb) The reticulation of the low-level areas of the City of Auckland to the proposed various pumping stations of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board. (c) To make provision for relaying and renewing existing defective sewers in the City of Auckland. 2. That the Auokland City Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenues of the City, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding £80,000. 3. That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues. 4. That the Auckland City Council proposes to make such Loan repayable in 21 years, and proposes to make provision for the payment of a Sinking Fund of £i per centum per annum. 5. That the particular purpose for which the Loan is required is the Extension of the Art Gallery in Coburg Street, in the City ot Auckland. 2. That the Auckland City Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenues of the City, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding £4000. 3. That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan is the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues. 4.
