BRILLIANT NEW SERIAL.
"THE HEART OF DAPHNE."
The opening chapters appear in the columns of the New Zealand Herald this morning of a brilliant new serial story, entitled "The Heart of Daphne.'' The etory is from the pen of Lady Trombridge, who has achieved a high reputation as one of the cleverest and most charming society novelists of the present day. "'E|he Heart, of Daphne" certainly enhances her reputation. Lady Troubridgo wTites of society from the inside, and not, as so many modern writers do, from the outside. This fact makes the motif of her latest novel, "The Heart of Daphne," all the more interesting.
