HALT AT TIMARU.

[b* telegraph.—peess association.] Timartt, Thursday. The aviator, Mr. Scotland, who flew from Invercargill to Gore, and who has been flying in his biplane in several parts of Otago and Southland, was to have given on exhibition flight this afternoon, but rain and low clouds prevented it.

If the weather is fine he will fly to Christchurch early in the morning. If not, he will go by train.
