London, March 5. A YOUNG woman named Julia Decies has been sentenced to seven years' imprisonment for wounding with murderous intent Basil Piffard, a man of independent means. It was stated in evidence that the parties had lived together in a West End flat for years. On returning from supper recently Decies shot Piffard in bed, permanently injuring one of his eyes because he stawl that he might go to Paris with another woman-
