Sir—Ro Mr. Charles B. Wheeler's bankruptcy. Among the debtor's suggested causes for insolvency he suggests "suspicions involving the honesty of hi& employees." On behalf of one of our members, Mr. J. H. Espie, who was with Mr. Wheeler for some 3£ years, I should be grateful _ for the opportunity of saying that he invites the fullest possible enquiry inio the whole of his conduct and. transactions "with Mr. Wheeler.
