London, March 4. The Duke of Argyll presided yesterday at the Empire League's meeting in the Queen's Hall, in advocacy of an Empire trade mark. A resolution in favour of this was carried. Mr. T. Mackenzie (New Zealand High Commissioner) supported the resolution. '
