ALBANIAN DISORDER.

(Received March i, 12.10 a.m.) Athens, March 3. The Creek Governor at Horytza has handed over the town to the Albanian Government. A force of 1200 insurgents at Sarliquaranta has declared the autonomy of the country. Another force of 1500 rebels is inside Delvino, while a third band, numbering 2500, outside the city, has notified that they will not recognise Hellenic authority.
