By Telegraph.—Press Association Copyright. , (Received January 50, 9.30 p.m.) London, January 30. The name of Mr. Ronald C. MunroFerguson, of Raith, Kirkcaldy (Liberal M.P. for the Leith Burghs) is mentioned in connection with the Governor-Generalship of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Efforts are said to have been made to induce Mr. L- Harcourt (Colonial Secretary) to succed Lord Denman.
