The King of Sp&in on Tuesday caused consternation among, his entourage by quietly . leaving the palace, . and walking in the streets to view the capital under the snow. He wore a grey suit and felt hat, and was smoking a cigar. At one point he was stopped by a pedestrian and asked for a light. In reply the King held out his lighted cigar and complied with the request.
