1 INCIDENT ON STEAMER. 1 A CHABOE of assaulting the chief engineer i of the steamer Woglinde was brought * against Franz Schubert, a fireman, at the Police Court yesterday morning. The engineer gave evidence to the effect that the captain had asked for his assistance in removing Schubert from the for _ mer's cabin. The assault, which consisted | of striking the witness on the chest, took 8 place on the deck. Mr. J.
