SPOILING GOOD MUSIC.
Sir,—Many who go to the Exhibition grounds expressly to hear the band .'are greatly annoyed by people near them holding long, and more than merely audible conversations. If any wish to talk, there are scores of places where they can do so without interrupting or spoiling the pleasure of those who love music. Mttsic Loveb.
