A New York paper, states that General Huerta's position is intolerable, and " that ■ His downfall must soon occur- % ' President Wilson has " instructed Admiral ■ Fletcher to rush 3000 marines and ' bluejackets to the Mexican capital should such a contingency arise, without waiting for further orders.
PLOT AGAINST DICTATOR. Mexico City, January 27. The police are actively seeking the instigators of a' ; conspiracy to kill General Huerta and take possession of the reins of government by force of -arms. ■ -■
