SALE OF YEARLINGS.
BIDDING NOT BRISK. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS. ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. Tm annual sale of Mr. Lan Duncan'3 Waikanne yearlings took place to-day. There was a good attendance of sportsmen, but bidding was very slow for the majority of the draft. Fourteen lots were submitted, and they realised lGo6gns, or an average of a little over 1533gns each. One lot, a. chestnut colt by Boris—Camarilla, was not offered, as ho injured himself early in January, and two lots were passed. Details of the sale are:—B c by Danube—Mistime, Mr. D.
