t A PALMERSTON CASE. [BY TELEORAPH.-OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Palmeiiston North, Wednesday. A case of interest to Auckland was heard in the Palmerston Court yesterdav when the case of J. G. Ristell, official liquidator of Frank Harris and Co., Ltd v. Jas. Harris was heard. Plaintiff sued defendant to recover £15 received by defendant for and on account of plaintiff A counterclaim was filed for £13 JBs 2d for moneys paid to plaintiff for the use of defendant for remuneration for services rendered by defendant to plaintiff. The magistrate gave judgment for plaintiff lot £11 on the claim, and costs £2 7s; and on the counter-claim allowed £3 to defendant and costs £1 6s.
