EARL IN DIVORCE COURT.

London, January 19. The rumours that Ear! Fitzwilliam has been joined as a co-respondent in the Divorce Court have found confirmation in his counsel's protest to-day against recent journalistic statements and a request that the suit be expedited. The Judge refused the request. Mr. T. Comyn Piatt, of Bristol, is mentioned as another co-respondent. The plaintiff in the case is Alexander Brodrick Leslie Melville, a director of the Union Bank in London.
