Nolico is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Mangere Road Board will be held at the Office of the Board, at Mangere. on MONDAY, the 9lh day of February. 1914, at 7 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, confirming as a Special Order a Resolution passed at a Special Meeting of the Board duly convened and held on Friday, the 9th day of January. 1914. The object or purpose of the said Special Order is to enable the said Mangere Road Board to raiso a Loan of £15.000 for the constructing of a bridge over the Manukau Harbour, between the 'Onehunga Borough and the Mangere Road District, known as the New Mangere Bridge.. And aiso to enablo the said Mangere Road Board, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the said loan of £15,000, to levy a Special Rate of One Half-penny in the £ on the ratable value of all ratable property within the Mangere Road District. And providing that such Special Rate be an annually recurring one during the currency of such loan, payable yearly on the 31st of March in each, year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 36 years, or until tho loan is fully paid off. A Copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the Office of the Board at Mangere, and is open to the inspection of the public during the office hours, 9 a.m. to u p.m. daily, from the dote hereof up to the data of tho said proposed meeting.
