By Teletraoh— Press Association—Copyright. London, January 8. The deaths are announced of Earl Cawdor, Viscount Cross, and Sir Josep'. Dubuc, ex-Chief Justice of Manitoba.
Viscount Cross (Unionist) was Secretaryof State for India from 1886 to 1892, and Chairman of Standing Committees in the House of Lords. Sir Joseph Dubuc only recently retired from the Canadian judicial service, after 30 years' work.
