Paris, January 9. The correspondent of the Temps at Valona states that the International Commission of Albania has received information to the effect that bands of the Young Turkish party are preparing to land at San Giovanni.
. The consent of the Powers is sought in order to send a company of international troops to Alessio. Martial law has been proclaimed at Valona.
; Over 380 Turkish officers and soldiers embarked at Constantinople to participate in a coup d'etat in Albania. They arrived at Trieste, but owing to the objections of the Albanian Provisional Government, the captain of the steamer refused to land them at Valona.
The accession by Prince William of Wied of the Albanian throne is now considered doubtful.
