"AS STRONG AS EVER,"

London, January 8. In a leading article on the strengthening of the Judicial Committee, the Times to-day referring to the appointment of Sir C. A. Cripps, says that when the Court of the Empire meets again in a few days it will be as strong as ever, and much stronger than at some periods in its history.
" With the probability of the best Judges in the Dominions sitting from time to time the Court shall command for its decisions the respect of Indian and colonial Judges and litigants. There is need as never was before of a court in which are represented conspicuously indisputable learning, experience, and good sense."
