BOXING CHALLENGE.

The State Athletic Committee has decided that Bob Fitzsimmons, the ex-boxing champion of the worlc. must not enter the prize ring again, as he is unfitted for fast bouts. Fitzsimmons recently challenged any "white hopes" to a 10-round bout.
