ANGLICAN COM UNION.
EAST AFRICAN STORM. By Teleer&ph—Press Association—Copyright. London, December 30. Regarding the question of open communion raised by the recent conference of missionaries at Kikuyu (East Africa), the Bishop of Durham (Rev. D. Moule) says that if inter-communion -be declared heretical it will be the first official avowal that the Church of England has no lot or part with the nonepiscopal churches.
The Church of England has never yet, he maintains, been committed to the tenet that divine grace runs only for a certain episcopal channel.
