CHARGE OF THEFT.

Waihi, Wednesday. A woe named J. if. Morgan, alias P. M. Morgan, alias O'Morgan, was charged with the theft of £1, the property of J.imoa Woodside, miner, oi Waihi, at the Police Court this morning. Constable Kelly, for the police, applied for a renand until Friday censed, it was Mated, had been arrested at Thames on a warrant issued for his arroiit in respect of default made in payment of a fino and costs imposed in connectior vith another c'imbo a, Waihi.
