THE LICENSING BILL.

MEASURE CIRCULATES TO-DAY. [BY TELEGRAPH.— CORRESPONDENT Wellington, Sunday. TnE Licensing Bill will be circulated tomorrow in accordance with the promise made some time ago by the Prime Minister, but will not be proceeded with this session.
