Mr. Howey Walker states that at least 20 out of the 62 competitors for the " Trip to Japan" will receive cash prizes from tho " pro rata" fund.. The details of the competition have been carefully and thoughtfully framed, so as to eliminate the chance of " plumping." The winner gots £100 in cash.
