FRENCH FOREIGN POLICY.
THE TRIPLE ENTENTE. / CORDIAL MESSAGES. Times-Sydney Sun Special CeMo. (Received December 13, 7.5 p.m.) Paris, December 13. In his policy speech M. Doumergue, the new Prime Minister, states: "Wo will continue our intimate and cordial collaboration with Russia, and will devote ourselves to the development of the trusty intimacy of which France and Britain have so often given each other decisive proof." After an unusually stormy debate, M. Doumergue obtained a majority of 161 in.a vote of confidence. Although the financial path of the new Government will be a thorny one, it possesses a chance of prolonging its existenco for a few weeks or months. Telegrams have been addressed to M. Sazanoff (Russian Foreign Minister) and Sir Edward Grey •(British Foreign Minister), assuring Russia and Britain of France's desire to maintain the cordial relations happily uniting theso countries. Both have replied associating themselves in the most cordial fashion with the friendly sentiments expressed.
