ALMOST ALL "TIED." Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. London, Doccmber 11. Evidence in the Appeal Court to-day showed that 93 per cent, of the 7000 public houses in London are "tied." Beer is sold to "tied" houses at a discount of 5 per cent., while the free house discounts are 20 per cent.
