NATIONAL PROHIBITION.
UNITED STATES CAMPAIGN. PRESIDENT FAVOURABLE. —— By Telegraph-Press Association— Washington, December 11. A campaign for a constitutional amendment favouring national prohibition has been inaugurated. President Wilson yesterday favourably received a delegation on the subject, but would not commit himself in view of the present state of public opinion.
