FRENCH SURGEONS' BELIEF. Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. (Received December 12, 6.55 p.m.) London, December 12. Over 42,000 worn-out horses were exported to Antwerp last year. This may be due to the fact that French surgeons declare that the eaters of horseflesh' are immune from cancer.
