Notice iB hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Manukau County Council, held on Friday, November 28, 1913, a resolution was earned, " That the petition presented to this Council by tho majority of the Ratepayers of the Maractai Road District, praying that the said Maractai Road District be merped into the Manukau County Council bo received and given effect to, and that this Council by Special Order declare the Road Board of the Maraetai Road District be dissolved, and that such Marnetai Road District- be merged into the Manukau County; and it was further resolved thereat that the said resolution be submitted for confirmation at a subsequent special meeting of the Council, to be held in the Council Office, Auckland, on TUESDAY, January 13, 1914. at 11 a.m.. with the object of making the sain resolution a ' Special Order.' if so confirmed, pursuant to Section 31 of ' The Counties Act, 1908.'
